Chapter 122 - Marriage
NRS 122.0015 - “Commercial wedding chapel” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 122.0015 (2019)
“Commercial wedding chapel” means a permanently affixed structure which operates a business principally for the performance of weddings and which is licensed for that purpose.
