Chapter 119A - Time Shares
NRS 119A.058 - “Permanent identifying number” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 119A.058 (2019)
“Permanent identifying number” means a series of numbers or letters, or any combination thereof, which identifies, for the duration of a time-share plan, one time share in the plan.
