Chapter 119A - Time Shares
NRS 119A.038 - “Component site” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 119A.038 (2019)
“Component site” means the specific geographic location where units that are part of a time-share plan are located. The term includes units added to a single project in the same specific geographic location and under common management.
