Chapter 118C - Landlord and Tenant: Commercial Premises
NRS 118C.110 - “Tenant” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 118C.110 (2019)
“Tenant” means a person who has the right to possess commercial premises pursuant to a rental agreement.
