NRS 111.102 - Abolishment of doctrine of destructibility of contingent remainders.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 111.102 (2019)

A contingent remainder is not destroyed by the termination of the preceding estate before the satisfaction of the condition upon which the remainder is contingent. If the condition is subsequently satisfied, the remainder takes effect in the same manner as a springing or shifting executory interest. The purpose of this section is to abolish the doctrine of the destructibility of contingent remainders.
