Chapter 108 - Statutory Liens
NRS 108.740 - Lawful sale releases lienholder.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 108.740 (2019)
After a vessel has been lawfully sold to satisfy a lien created in NRS 108.670 to 108.760, inclusive, the lienholder is not liable for failure to deliver the vessel to a previous owner or claimant.
