NRS 108.640 - Hospital records: Examination; copying.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 108.640 (2019)
Any party legally liable or against whom a claim shall be asserted for compensation or damages for injuries shall have a right to examine and make copies of all records of any hospital in reference to and connected with the hospitalization of such injured person.
