Chapter 108 - Statutory Liens
NRS 108.4743 - “Personal property” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 108.4743 (2019)
“Personal property” means any property not affixed to land and includes, without limitation, merchandise, furniture, household items, motor vehicles, boats, personal watercraft and trailers used to transport motor vehicles, boats or personal watercraft.
