NRS 108.4735 - “Occupant” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 108.4735 (2019)
“Occupant” includes a person or a person’s sublessee, successor or assignee who is entitled to the exclusive use of an individual storage space at a facility pursuant to a rental agreement.
