Chapter 108 - Statutory Liens
NRS 108.410 - Sale of perishable freight to satisfy lien.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 108.410 (2019)
If from any cause, other than want of ordinary care and diligence, a common carrier is unable to deliver perishable property transported and collect charges thereon, the common carrier may cause the property to be sold in open market to satisfy a lien of freightage.
