NRS 108.367 - Penalty for violation of NRS 108.265 to 108.367, inclusive.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 108.367 (2019)
Except as otherwise provided in NRS 108.365, a person who violates any provision of NRS 108.265 to 108.367, inclusive, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
