NRS 82A.050 - “Form 990” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 82A.050 (2017)
“Form 990” means the Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax (Form 990) of the Internal Revenue Service of the United States Department of the Treasury, or any equivalent or successor form of the Internal Revenue Service.
