Chapter 77 - Model Registered Agents Act
NRS 77.030 - “Appointment of agent” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 77.030 (2017)
“Appointment of agent” means a statement appointing an agent for service of process filed by a domestic entity that is not a filing entity or a nonqualified foreign entity under NRS 77.380.
