Chapter 76 - State Business Registration
NRS 76.170 - Enforcement of provisions: Revocation or suspension of registration; denial of new registration.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 76.170 (2017)

1. If a person who holds a state business registration fails to comply with a provision of this chapter or a regulation of the Secretary of State adopted pursuant thereto, the Secretary of State may revoke or suspend the state business registration of the person.

2. If the registration is suspended or revoked, the Secretary of State shall provide written notice of the action to the person who holds the state business registration.

3. The Secretary of State shall not issue a new registration to the former holder of a revoked state business registration unless the Secretary of State is satisfied that the person will comply with the provisions of this chapter and the regulations of the Secretary of State adopted pursuant thereto.
