Chapter 704B - Providers of New Electric Resources
NRS 704B.140 - “Time-of-use meter” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 704B.140 (2017)
“Time-of-use meter” means a meter that:
1. Measures and records the electric demand, energy and power factor on 15-minute intervals; and
2. Is suitable for use with an electric demand of 1 megawatt or more.
