Chapter 701 - Energy Policy
NRS 701.557 - “Energy conservation project” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 701.557 (2017)
“Energy conservation project” means a project designed, intended or used to improve energy conservation or to reduce the wasteful, inefficient, unnecessary or uneconomical use of energy.
