Chapter 690D - Guaranteed Asset Protection Waivers
NRS 690D.075 - “Vehicle” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 690D.075 (2017)
“Vehicle” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 482.135, and includes, without limitation, any boat, recreational vehicle, all-terrain vehicle, trailer, personal watercraft or snowmobile.
