Chapter 690C - Service Contracts
NRS 690C.150 - Certificate required to issue, sell or offer for sale service contracts.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 690C.150 (2017)
A provider shall not issue, sell or offer for sale service contracts in this state unless the provider has been issued a certificate of registration pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
