Chapter 689C - Health Insurance for Small Employers
NRS 689C.220 - Adjustment in rates to be applied uniformly.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 689C.220 (2017)
A carrier serving small employers shall not charge adjustments in rates for claim experience, health status and duration of coverage to individual employees or dependents. Any such adjustment must be applied uniformly to the rates charged for all employees and dependents of a small employer.
