Chapter 689C - Health Insurance for Small Employers
NRS 689C.166 - Coverage for abuse of alcohol or drugs: Required.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 689C.166 (2017)
Each group health insurance policy must contain in substance a provision for benefits payable for expenses incurred for the treatment of abuse of alcohol or drugs, as provided in NRS 689C.167.
