Chapter 689C - Health Insurance for Small Employers
NRS 689C.072 - “Geographic service area” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 689C.072 (2017)
“Geographic service area” means a geographic area, as approved by the Commissioner, within which the carrier is authorized to provide coverage.
