Chapter 689C - Health Insurance for Small Employers
NRS 689C.055 - “Dependent” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 689C.055 (2017)
“Dependent” means a spouse, a domestic partner as defined in NRS 122A.030, or a child on or before the last day of the month in which the child attains 26 years of age.
