Chapter 679A - General Provisions
NRS 679A.075 - “Crash” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 679A.075 (2017)
The term “crash” has the same meaning as an incident or event previously referred to as an “accident” when used in reference to motor vehicles.
