Chapter 675 - Installment Loans
NRS 675.470 - Unlicensed dealing in loans.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 675.470 (2017)
Any person and the several members, officers, directors, agents and employees thereof who violate or participate in the violation of any provision of NRS 675.060 are guilty of a misdemeanor.
