NRS 675.340 - Assignment of wages as security invalid.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 675.340 (2017)
No assignment of wages, salary, commissions or other compensation for services, whether earned or to be earned, given to a licensee as security for a loan under this chapter, shall be valid.
