Chapter 675 - Installment Loans
NRS 675.310 - Collection of loans made outside State.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 675.310 (2017)
Any loan made outside this state lawfully made as permitted by the laws of the state in which the loan was made may be collected or otherwise enforced in this state in accordance with its terms.
