Chapter 675 - Installment Loans
NRS 675.280 - False, misleading or deceptive advertising prohibited.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 675.280 (2017)
A licensee shall not advertise or permit to be advertised in any manner whatsoever any false, misleading or deceptive statement or representation with regard to the rates, terms or conditions for loans.
