Chapter 673 - Savings and Loan Associations
NRS 673.840 - Sale or offer to sell securities without license or for failure to secure license or pay fee or penalty.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 673.840 (2017)
Any person doing business in this state, as described in NRS 673.070, who:
1. Sells or offers for sale within this state any securities of any company, association or corporation which has not received the license provided for in NRS 673.080 and 673.250;
2. Fails to secure the license provided for in NRS 673.270; or
3. Fails to pay a fee or penalty as provided in NRS 673.430,
↪ is guilty of a misdemeanor for each such violation.
