Chapter 673 - Savings and Loan Associations
NRS 673.650 - Conversion authorized; votes necessary.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 673.650 (2017)
Any federal savings and loan association may convert itself into a savings and loan association under the laws of this State upon a vote of 51 percent or more of the votes of members of the federal savings and loan association cast at any regular or special meeting called to consider the action.
