Chapter 673 - Savings and Loan Associations
NRS 673.565 - Appointment of custodian; bond.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 673.565 (2017)
When the Commissioner takes possession of the business, property and assets of an association, he or she may appoint a custodian. The Commissioner may require a good and sufficient bond from the custodian and place the custodian in charge as the Commissioner’s representative.
