Chapter 673 - Savings and Loan Associations
NRS 673.484 - Grounds; notice and hearing.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 673.484 (2017)
The Commissioner may after notice and hearing suspend or revoke the charter of any association for:
1. Repeated failure to abide by the provisions of this chapter or the regulations adopted thereunder.
2. Failure to pay a tax as required pursuant to the provisions of chapter 363A or 363C of NRS.
