Chapter 673 - Savings and Loan Associations
NRS 673.3191 - Reserve for uncollected interest.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 673.3191 (2017)
A reserve for uncollected interest shall be maintained equivalent to all interest which has been due for 90 days or more and which is carried as income on the books of the association.
