Chapter 673 - Savings and Loan Associations
NRS 673.214 - Officers: Election; salaries.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 673.214 (2017)
1. The board of directors of the association shall elect the officers named in the bylaws of the association, which officers shall serve at the pleasure of the board of directors.
2. The principal officers’ salaries shall be set by the board of directors.
