Chapter 673 - Savings and Loan Associations
NRS 673.0185 - “Merger” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 673.0185 (2017)
“Merger” means that consolidation of corporate structures which results in the uniting of substantially all the assets and liabilities of one state-chartered association with those of another such association or with those of a federal association.
