Chapter 673 - Savings and Loan Associations
NRS 673.014 - “Impaired condition” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 673.014 (2017)
“Impaired condition” means a condition in which the assets of an association do not have an aggregate value equal to the aggregate amount of liabilities of the association to its creditors, including its savings depositors and all other persons.
