Chapter 669 - Trust Companies
NRS 669.070 - “Trust company” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 669.070 (2017)
“Trust company” means a corporation or limited-liability company licensed as provided in this chapter and engaged in a trust company business.
