Chapter 654 - Administrators of Facilities for Long-Term Care
NRS 654.200 - Acting without license prohibited; penalty.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 654.200 (2017)
Any person who acts in the capacity of a nursing facility administrator or an administrator of a residential facility for groups without a license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
