Chapter 641 - Psychologists, Behavior Analysts, Assistant Behavior Analysts and Autism Behavior Interventionists
NRS 641.0204 - “Autism behavior interventionist” defined.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 641.0204 (2017)
“Autism behavior interventionist” means a person who is registered as a Registered Behavior Technician or an equivalent credential by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or its successor organization, and provides behavioral therapy under the supervision of:

1. A licensed psychologist;

2. A licensed behavior analyst; or

3. A licensed assistant behavior analyst.
