NRS 636.410 - Criminal penalties.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 636.410 (2017)
A violation of this chapter shall constitute a gross misdemeanor and shall be punishable as such, unless a greater penalty is provided pursuant to NRS 200.830 or 200.840.
