Chapter 636 - Optometry
NRS 636.310 - Form and filing of complaint.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 636.310 (2017)
A complaint must be made in writing. The original complaint and two copies must be filed with the Executive Director. A complaint may be filed anonymously. If a complaint is filed anonymously, the Board may accept the complaint but may refuse to consider the complaint if anonymity of the complainant makes processing the complaint impossible or unfair to the person who is the subject of the complaint.
