Chapter 636 - Optometry
NRS 636.095 - Regular and special meetings; quorum.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 636.095 (2017)
1. The Board shall hold a regular meeting at least once each year.
2. The Board shall hold a special meeting upon a call of the President or upon a request by a majority of the members.
3. Three members of the Board constitute a quorum.
