Chapter 636 - Optometry
NRS 636.070 - Terms of members.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 636.070 (2017)
Unless his or her membership has become vacant prior to the expiration of the term, a member shall hold office for the term of his or her appointment and until a successor is appointed and qualified.
