Chapter 633 - Osteopathic Medicine
NRS 633.151 - Purpose of licensing; license is revocable privilege.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 633.151 (2017)
The purpose of licensing osteopathic physicians and physician assistants is to protect the public health and safety and the general welfare of the people of this State. Any license issued pursuant to this chapter is a revocable privilege, and a holder of such a license does not acquire thereby any vested right.
