Chapter 628 - Accountants
NRS 628.055 - Reappointment of members.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 628.055 (2017)
No person who has served two successive complete terms is eligible for reappointment until 1 year after the expiration of those terms. Appointment to fill an unexpired term shall not be considered as a complete term.
