NRS 612.3786 - Extended benefit payments not chargeable against experience rating of base-period employer.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 612.3786 (2017)
Extended benefits paid to an individual shall not be charged against the experience rating records of the individual’s base-period employers.
