Chapter 598A - Unfair Trade Practices
NRS 598A.140 - Investigative demands: Order compelling compliance after immunity granted; penalty for failure to obey.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 598A.140 (2017)
If any person refuses to testify, produce evidence or make answer after being granted immunity from prosecution as provided by NRS 598A.130, the Attorney General may apply to any district court for an order compelling such person to testify, produce evidence or make answer. Any person who disobeys such order of the court may be held in contempt of court.
