Chapter 598A - Unfair Trade Practices
NRS 598A.120 - Investigative demands: Order requiring compliance; penalty for failure to obey.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 598A.120 (2017)
In case of refusal to comply in whole or in part with the written investigative demand by any person to whom it is directed, any district court of the State of Nevada, upon application of the Attorney General, may issue an order requiring compliance. Failure to obey the order of the court may be punished by the court as a contempt of court.
