Chapter 565 - Inspection of Brands
NRS 565.070 - Fees for brand inspection.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 565.070 (2017)
The Department may levy and collect a reasonable fee for brand inspection as required under the provisions of this chapter. Any fee so levied must be collected in the manner prescribed by the Director.
