Chapter 543 - Control of Floods
NRS 543.430 - Acquired water to be used only in replenishing water basin.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 543.430 (2017)
Any water acquired by the district shall be used only in replenishing the water basin of the area contained in the district.
