NRS 543.190 - Computation of time.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 543.190 (2017)
To compute any period prescribed in NRS 543.170 to 543.830, inclusive, the day of the first publication, or other designated time, must be excluded and the day of the last publication, or other designated action or time, must be included.
